GOYER has more than 750 employees across Europe.
We are committed on a daily basis to defending professional equality, starting from the recruitment process. Thus, we ensure that we treat all applications equally based on the candidate’s skills and their motivation to join the company.
We take pride in upholding gender equality within our teams. This commitment allows us to ensure fairness and equity for everyone.
In 2023, we launched a development plan aimed at promoting women in operational roles. Our goal was to enhance their skills through our in-house training academy, helping them grow and advance in their careers.
In 2024, we are continuing our efforts with a parenthood support plan. Every woman returning from maternity or parental leave will be supported upon her return to the workplace, to help maintain a healthy work-life balance. We have also chosen to reserve corporate childcare places, allowing future parents to find a nursery close to home.

Our commitment to people with disabilities is reflected in a very concrete way since our employment rate of disabled workers is nearly 9%.
Different stakeholders (HR, ESC referent, Cap Emploi) are mobilized to promote the employment and continued employment of disabled employees at Goyer: personalized support, adaptation of the workstation, etc.
Furthermore, our CSR department guarantees the prevention of professional risks and implements concrete actions every day to avoid situations that could lead to disability.

Born from the desire to recruit future employees through training, three positive integration projects have seen the light.
We have chosen to offer to people far away from employment a period of training alternating theory and practice with the aim of obtaining a qualifying diploma.
In order to facilitate integration and skills development, each of them was accompanied by a field tutor. With the help of our partners, we trained the interns for several months, with a permanent contract as a result!

Manufacturing agent degree
30.260 hours of formation

2nd project
